He was 100% right in refusing.
Yes! Absolutely! Tom did the right thing by making Roarke give back the money. Tom's instincts about Wade and Terry were spot-on. Tom played it smart and kept his cool. Otherwise, Tom, Gail and Roarke would've invariably been killed by Wade and Terry.
