Did I just hear an erection joke while watching Richie Rich???

I hope someone can help me out with this! In the scene where Richie and the other kids are playing "tag" at the mansion in those little 4-wheelers and Cadbury pulls Diane in close to him to save her from being run over, Diane says something about a "rising sign" or something when she pulls away. My old VHS copy doesn't have the best sound quality, so I can't make out exactly what she says.....Can anyone help me out with the exact quote?

Nevermind, I was finally able to catch the quote. She says, "Do I detect a rising fire sign?" I'm pretty thrilled about it. Get some, Cadbury. Woot.

I don't know if that joke was meant to be that way or not, but their kiss at the end is a favorite screen kiss of mine.
