Without a doubt is the Harry Dunn Turbo-Lax bathroom scene in this movie. That is not even debatable! More than 20 years later and I still bust out laughing every time I watch it.

i think the funniest is the line is

We got no food, we got no jobs... our PETS' HEADS ARE FALLING OFF!

but i love this movie too.. so many great lines!!!!!

Everyone has their own sense of humor, I guess. For me, there were dozens of funnier scenes in this movie alone. Not that it was unfunny, just it wasn't all that spectacularly funny for my tastes. Heck, just that small scene where Lloyd leaves the bar and glances at the newspaper clipping on the wall and he throws up his hands and yells out "We landed on the Moon!" made me laugh more than the laxative scene.
