For an important tournament like the Junior Goodwill Games, couldn’t they have found someone else?

Of course they would have ditched Goldberg, hell they found Bombay a far better goalie and he only used her for one play the entire tournament. Goldberg was basically still around because he was in the first movie, he totally sucked as a goalie.
