On the Dumb and Dumber boards there is a thread about the funniest small parts in the movie...seen as Jim Carrey is the best Actor at pulling of small parts in a big way i thought i'd do that topic for Ace aswell....My favorite small part is at the Billionaires party when he walks past the orchestra and pulls the violinist arm causing him to stuff up..u barely see it but i was in hysterics...wot are your guys favorite funny small parts?

When he rips of Einhorn's skirt in an attempt to reveal his bulge and he does this over-the-top whip around with his head and stops inches from her groin.

Ace getting swung round by his d*** in manic fashion in lieu of payment for his first job.

And having to hang out of the car door window in order to see to drive.

Just 2 of several LOL moments.

I found this part funny too.

Jim: If i am not back in 5 minutes......

This part followed by a silly walk, lol.

but offcourse the funniest was,

"Excuse me, Is Greg here?"

For me it's when he's sticking out his chewed food to that one man at the same party, and the second time he does it, it's in perfect beat with the music. I also LOVE when he slams his face down onto that bench at the end of his nutty former athlete routine. Like, BAM. I don't understand how he didn't break his nose.

I don't feel like browsing through the entire thread to see if these were listed, but I have a few:

- The opening when Ace is trying to avoid his landlord and uses the tree palm to hide himself. We then see a big pile of the palms outside his door!

- When Ace investigates the aquarium at the millionaire's house and picks up the sardine. The way Carrey delivers "Yummy" is hilarious.

- When Ace is making out with Einhorn and realizes something's not right. "Your gun is poking into my hip".

- The parrot eating sunflower seeds from Ace's navel.

Aguado: Homicide, Ventura. Now how you gonna solve that one?
Ace Ventura: Good question, Aguado. First, I'd establish a motive. In this case the killer saw the size of the bug's dick and became insanely jealous. Then I'd lose 30 pounds...porking his wife!
Aguado: Why, you-
Ace: Come on! [takes him down and holds his face near the dead bug] Now, kiss and make up.

Always laugh at:

1) Walks by the landlords window with the plant, pans to the next shot, he's got like 10 of them stacked up there (indicating he's been doing it for a while).

2) That punch to Einhorn where he screams (does like a Bruce Lee thing) towards the end.

3) Talking about food poisoning with Ron Camp, portraying a lawyer and then quickly follow up asking: "How is everyone feeling tonight?" LOL

4) "If I was drinking out of the toilet, I might've been killed." "I'm sorry AGAIN Mr. Ace."

5) Older people at the clinic dancing/cheering when ace was going off after it panned from Melissa and the doctor, haha.

Melissa: He's shooting a commercial.
Ace: Get extra security over there.
Melissa: Ace what's going on??!!……… ACE!!!!
(pause)
Ace: You thought I left didn't you? Ok I'm really going now.
