Is this true?

The following is what I saw on Wikipedia tonight, and I know have to wonder this, but I don't believe that I saw this in the movie through.


He also tells the owner about Jack's scheme to try to sell Henry to the Yankees. Later it is shown that Jack has in response been demoted down to hot dog vendor.

Now I know that he asked him why he wanted to see him to the Yankees. But Mr. Carson is suprised by this, and he let him know that he was going down to the field level to watch him win us the diversion, so after he taken care of business. Now I know that 2 Hot Dog vendors were shown, but Larry Fisher could have been demoted to a Hot DOg Vendor, or could have been fired.
