Hates ice cream? What's wrong with that bitch?!

I'm all for differing opinions, but geez! Ice cream is one of those universal things... she hates ICE CREAM? Are you kidding me?! How am I supposed to relate to this character on any level whatsoever when she hates ICE CREAM?! Is she outside her damn mind?! Of course your husband doesn't understand you, YOU HATE ICE CREAM. Nobody will understand you, ever!

Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.

I wouldn't expect anyone as insipid as you to relate to anyone on any level.

Another one here with a distaste for ice cream. I loved it until I had surgery, and then I was supposed to cut it out of my diet. About 3 weeks post-op, I tried to drink a chocolate shake (against medical advice). I took about 3 sips and wound up in the bathroom. I have had an aversion to ice cream ever since.

She ate too much ice cream one day and it made her sick. She hated ice cream ever since. Unless you are kidding with that comment, it would be best to read the book first to get the full story. There is a whole back story to the ice cream incident.

I hate ice-cream, too. Whenever I eat it I feel like I'm carrying an extra 20 lbs. of gross fat inside me. It's sickening.

I don't like Ice Cream, and it has nothing to do with a bad experience. I'm also not lactose intolerant. I have just never really liked it. But the reaction of the OP isn't surprising at all. When I tell people I don't like ice cream they act like I said I don't like oxygen.

But in this case, it's explained in the movie why she doesn't like ice cream.

Not everyone likes ice cream, okay? I can handle it, but I don't eat it all the time myself.
