*beep* you You vicous *beep* have you ever been up and close to a whale? I HAVE! It was a wonderful experience and I loved it because it was an actual Orca whale in the wild, the pod came up to the boat aswell which was so amazing, scary but amazing. Don't dis whales! Go and take a trip to see them then come back and tell me if you still hate them. When I was there you feel as though you want to jump in the water and be with them. The most amazing experience of my life, I would love to do it again. Don't dis whales until you have been with them. They truly are magical creatures that give you butterflies when they come from the water. The film Free Willy may look exciting and give you chills when the whale jumps out the water but believe me you don't know what you're missing until you have been LITERALLY one - two feet away from them. They are very playful animals and loved our boat I could have stayed there forever! Take the experience and if you still hate them go and take a flying *beep* !

Technically we did and still do NEED them.

First off, whales are key predators in the open ocean and help to control populations of fish, krill, and other smaller creatures. Without this control, life in the oceans would change drastically, especially plant life.

Who needs plants in the ocean? We do. Ocean coral, plants, and bacteria (all of which are eaten by fish and krill) have the potential for cancer treatment, disease control, and for...building...that's right, did you know coral produces tons of calcium carbonate used in the making of sheet rock.

But, I digress, whales were important for oil, and as a food source for many years.

However, humans are more intelligent. The problem is, we use our dicks (sorry girls), not our brains to act. Not only do whales have bigger ones, but they use their brain too.

Whales are extremely important for life. And then in your title, you want to nuke the whales? Cause that wouldn't hurt us either. C'mon man use your brain.

And thirdly, We are all gay/ lesbian to a point (so some specialists say). Homosexuality is not a trait found only in humans, in the heat of the moment, many other mammals exhibit gay tendencies. No man is 100% straight, it just doesn't happen, complete gender identity is impossible, why, because you produce estrogen, and females produce testosterone.

Ans lastly, For the others on the forum, I support Bush, but that's a seperate issue and should not be discussed on the Free Willy forum. And also, I am a supporter of keeping whales already in zoos, and wild whales wild. Why? Because zoo raised whales just can't live in the wild, they don't have the mental and physical capacity to. But, that doesn't mean we should bring more to zoos. That being said, lets not Free Willy, lets Protect Willy.

Only someone so ignorant, stupid and irresponsible would post something like this. Someone should nuke people like you instead and then maybe some of the worlds problems would go away.

okay for one they are extremely beautiful and majestic and more than likely about fifty times smarter than you. And if you are referring to orca's (killer whales) THEY ARE DOLPHINS NOT WHALES so get your facts straight if your going to dis something. and above all we do need them. Whether you believe it or just are too ignorant to care.
