whats the most craziest movie idea anyone could think of?
how about Spielberg announcing that after Indy 5 hes directing a SeaQuest movie!! (either a total reboot like Miami Vice or a sequel to the show set 30 years later with some of the cast returning... SeaQuest: 2062!!)
I’m fine with that, just so long as it stars the resurrected corpse of Roy Scheider.
shareNathan Bridger would've obviously passed away since last appeared but Roy Scheider could still appear in flashback old footage from an episode. Michael Ironside would be in it though in a cameo/supporting role as Admiral Hudson. The other surviving cast members could appear in cameos but the new crew of Seaquest would be all new actors.. Tom Cruise or Hanks as the new Captain, Ryan Gosling or Channing Tatum as first officer, Jessica Chastain or Amy Adams as the Doctor, Kate Mara as a Lt, Cillian Murphy as a Lt Cmdr, Sam Neill as a senior Admiral, the rest of the SQ crew would be unknowns. With some big name like Angelina Jolie or Charlize Theron as the main villain (some alien or seagoddess), and Mark Hamill in a cameo as Tobias of course
The plot would be SciFi but not as over the top ridiculous as anything in season 2
