Hey Drew Barrymore was only 16 or 17 when this movie was made in 1992. So how in the hell did they get away with filming a minor having such makeout/simulated sex scenes with some way older guy?

shareI think that people are getting confused by the basis of Jaime being Drew's body double. Personally, I think she was, but was her body double during the dream sequence in Poison Ivy 2! Not the 1992 Poison Ivy - that would be highly illogical since Jaime is two years younger than Drew. Maybe Drew was asked to briefly reprise her role for the dream sequence, but chose not to or couldn't, so they had to find someone who would be Drew"s body double in the dream sequence - and that is Jaime!

A body double was used for minimal scenes but it was not Jamie Pressly. Jamie Pressly however did play Ivy in a dream sequence in Poison Ivy 2 and played the main role of Ivy's sister Voilet in Poison Ivy: The New Seduction.
