I read a Kindle essay about Patriot Games and it says it predicts 9/11

The voice over for the original trailer says there has never been a terrorist attack on American soil. In the film the terrorist attack occurs when the terrorist attacks Mrs. Ryan who was driving a Porsche 911. 911 is the date of if 9/11.

Only problem is, in Germany, September 11 will be written 11/9

first date, then month, then year.

which by the way, is also the most easy and logical way to write.
