17% on Rotten Tomatoes? Why?
I avoided this movie for a while because of the 17% on Rotten Tomatoes, but during the baseball offseason, I just got a hunger for baseball movies. So I decided to turn this movie on. I was surprised that the movie was pretty good: the visuals were awesome (particularly the scenes of Japanese baseball), the story was decent, the acting was OK .... The movie isn't Field of Dreams, Bull Durham, Major League; but it's on the same level as Mr. 3000, The Rookie, Little Big League, Angels in the Outfield, and For Love of the Game.
I don't get how this movie can have a 17% on Rotten Tomatoes
