I know how offensive the term is looking back and I realized what it meant. However, as a kid, I mostly associated Oreo with the cookie brand. I did not think it was a racist term as a kid. I remember asking my uncle what it meant and he said that it was a racist term and that I shouldn't be talking about it. I didn't understand until later.

shareI was 10 when I saw this movie and understood that line perfectly. It was really racist as much as it was pointing out that a white guy was inbetween two black guys, like an oreo cookie. Of course that would never fly in a PG Disney movie now.
