Was Dracula the spooky coach driver in the beginning?

The driver who makes weird beast noises and has long fingers, who drives Harker to the castle is never revealed - so I presume it was just another one of Dracula's forms. He never seemed to have any servants, so I guess it would make sense if it was him.

Probably. Gary Oldman played the rider

Really? Well then it must be Dracula!

Oh cool, I didn't know that.

It is, in the book at least.

The book implies that Dracula is the driver, as Jonathan notices that they have the same strength and hand grip. The movie doesn’t get into it

The movie implies that Dracula uses people (Gypsies) or may even have zombies in his service

The book makes it pretty clear the driver is Dracula, and that would make sense as he doesn’t have any servants.
