my favorite is:
"i see boxing gloves here, pictures over there... who's the boxer here ? you ? what could you POSSIBLY do to me" ?
then the guy tries to hit seagal, and seagal knocks him down with ONE punch...
and then after this, he goes to the guy who's walkin on 2 paths... (mobster & richie crew) who's sittin on the bar chair, and says to seagal " im' with the dons, that means you cant touch me! "
and seagal "that s right... ive forgot...." BANG he smashes this guys nose immensivly lol
I saw this movie while flipping channels late one night and though i laughed the whole way through the one scene that really got me was when hes in his house with his wife or girlfriend, i dont remember, and hes sitting on the bed and its this "touching" moment, the expression on seagals face as he delivers the lines is priceless.

Related to the second brilliant scene you described, I love when Gino kicks the stool out from under the guy who's guarding that Mafia dude. The guy goes down like a ton of bricks, and apparently he's dead because he's not seen again. And they show it in slow motion, as if Gino just did something amazing.
It's little gems like that that keep this movie fresh every time I see it.

shareThe whole bar scene is priceless. However, when Tattoo steps in front of Gino and says "you want to get by me? There is only two things stoppin' ya, fear and common sense". Then Tattoo says (while pulling out a ridiculous knife) "I'm gonna cut your phuggin head off" Gino then proceeds to hit him with the cue ball wrapped in a towel across the mouth. This really pisses off Tattoo as you can see in the next scene when he is trying to pick up his chocolate chicklets off the pool table. Hilarious!!!!!

Funniest scene is where Siegal is in the bar behind the counter tearing stuff up, and then he's like "Who's hot dog is this, is this your hot dog". Then he tosses it. LMAOOOOOOOOOO

This scene on the tv version is about the funniest thing I've ever seen. You know they cut out the f-bomb, and it just shows Tattoos pointing at Seagal and says:
