I guess they just either aren't mentioned are maybe died? But I always wonder were John and Michael are in this film. They were so important in Peter Pan.
Also, not that it was necessary, but I would have enjoyed seeing the Indians especially Tiger Lily in Hook.
If you read Peter Pan in Scarlet, you'll find out that Michael died in World War 1.

My first thought is they aren't included because the story is about Wendy. They could have done more than the top and glasses and old teddy bear but I understand whey they weren't directly involved in the story.
