I was at the set in Waikiki one night when they filmed this movie. My uncle, Reginald Ho, had a role in it (he had a dressing room the same as Carlos Palomino and Alexis Arguello) so I went with him in hopes of meeting the boxers. Arguello was in his dressing room so I never saw him but I did see Palomino standing there between sets. This is the first movie set I have been to. I was also at the Godzilla filming scene in Waikiki years later as well and it was a much larger production.
