All the death penalty episodes

For instance "Genius" S. 13 E. 17. where the defendant requested the death penalty and it's granted. And there were many others where it was at least on the table. However while on the books due to Gov. Pataki from 1995-2004 it had no chance of being actually carried out and the last actual execution in New York was in 1963.
Therefore all talk of the death penalty must've been based on an alternate reality, especially because in one episode it was carried out: 1996's Aftershock (the one where Claire Kincaid is killed off. Notice how two of Jack's ADAs died, one was fired, but that's a whole other issue.

The issue is that 100 Centre is a boring, ordinary looking building whereas 60 Centre is beautiful, with the steps

My favorite L& O episode is probably " Bad Girl" (Season 8:21...aired 04/29/98) and it's a death penalty episode (definitely based on the Karla Fay Tucker case back in the day). That was such a memorable episode.
