They connected this movie to the CW series.

Robert Wuhl made an appearance on Supergirl today as Knox (Earth 89). Unfortunately looks like his world didn't survive.

Was he introduced as "Pulitzer Prize Winner Alexander Knox"? Because he 100% deserved for his investigative work, not just on the Batman story, but on the Joker Crisis.
