The one criminal I wish that didn't get arrested was the episode from Chattanooga (Season 18) where a passenger also gets arrested just for having a marijuana joint after he rode in a stolen truck that broke down after a high speed chase.
shareAnother episode where I wish a suspect didn't get arrested was the one from Season 19, Episode 34, final segment when they arrested the driver for driving without a license, she was driving her intoxicated friend home, the front seat passenger also got arrested for possession of crack cocaine, since the passenger who was drunk was the owner of the vehicle and used it in a commission of a felony the police had no choice but to seize her vehicle, they let the backseat passenger off as she was being cooperative, I also feel they could've let the driver off for being cooperative as well despite her driving without a license.
