I have to admit I was exceptionally intrigued by the subject matter of this movie, as I grew up hearing stories about Tucker (my grandfather worked there in the late 40's). Then at the end of the film, under the closing credits as they were showing the actual photographs from the time, there was my grandpa's smiling face. It was fantastic for me, and pretty darn cool for grandpa too. (Right in the theater, he said "HEY, that's ME!")

Therefore, I am quite fond of this movie, although I do admit, it's personal.

I think he means that it didn't have aliens, gunfights, explosions, and the Tucker car didn't turn into some kind of robot.

I wouldn't sit through it again, but the first time around it was interesting and I liked it but then I was a mechanical designer and technology nut.

It's a must watch film for car buffs. If you think it drags, you're the one with the problem, and I'm thinking ADHD.

You probably needed the car to Transform into a robot with added explosions.
