I was 8 yo, so I didn't give it much thought back then. :D It had horses, helicopters and a lot of shooting, so it was fun.
Haven't seen it in 20 years, I think. When I think of it now, it was a great action, Reagan era flick, and it probably holds up well, action wise. Thematically, it plummeted after 2001.

Depends on what you are looking for. As far as entertainment value goes - definitely. Lights, camera, action, the works. All-round, the first is the best.
