I couldn't say which is best, as they all offer something different.. However, I would put them in chronological order -- As when I watch the Rambo films, they have be watched in the proper sequence!

First Blood

Rambo: First Blood Part II

Rambo III

Rambo

I gave them all a solid 8 out of 10,

Just watched Rambo III for the first time after watching all the others hundreds of times. So, this is the list I have composed.
