Okay watching this now on CHILLER after prob not seeing it since I was a kid, so he wants revenge for his dying so they summon pumpkinhead. But its bullsh!t none of the others in the party deserved to get killed they all tried to help but the other guy was holding them hostage cause he was on probation.
This is Miami Pal, but lately its starting to look a lot like Disney Land!
The plot makes sense to me. Harley was deeply upset over his son's death so he lashed out, unthinkingly. Later he does come to his senses and realizes that the teens don't deserve to be killed. That's why he tries to save them and stop pumpkinhead.
I have NEEDS now, Alfred - dirty, horrible needs! -- Batman
yeah wipeing them all out for something that was an accident even though the guy didnt wanna stick around to get in more trouble, and I cant remember if his son popping back up in the truck was a hallucination or to do with resurrecting pumpkinhead
I have one of the McFarlane Pumpkinhead figures still in the package around here somewhere
old MACs look cool but are pretty much useless these days
When Ed went to Haggis, he probably saw all of the "city kids" responsible for what happened to his son so the demon went after all of them for that reason. After all, he wasn't there to see exactly who hit his son. He just knew a bunch of city kids where there so all were guilty by association. By the time he changed his mind and saw what was going on as wrong, it would've been too late. What Ed wanted to happen at the time the demon was summoned was going to happen.
Thats exactly it "guilty by association" The OP doesn't get this movie. Once Pumpkinhead is on the revenge it doesn't matter anymore. Ed couldn't change things except for what his mortal thinking made him do!
