Perfect punishment for rapists and child molesters.

Take away their entire genitals, women rapists will have their clitoris surgically removed. Let these sexual predators walk around as freaks for the rest of their rotten lives. There is no remores or regrets in their action, at least for the family members of the victims or the victims themselves. I don't trust released predators claiming they are 'cured' and are living in my neighbor hood or even close by to it. I would be buying a gun by then and tell him or HER 'you so much as look at my 4 year old nephew, I will shoot you in between the legs, you got that freak?'

I used to work at a group home for troubled adolescents.

We had one big blond kid, he was probably about 15 yrs old.

He was there for raping a little kid.

So we should castrate him, per your suggestions, right?

Thing is, he was raped, at gunpoint, by his dad and brother.

He wasn't born a rapist, likely, he was made into one.

If you were in his shoes, can you say for 100% certainty you wouldn't go on to do some awful things?

I despise this sort of crime, and the fact that people could do that to someone, but I don't think I would go the violent route. I can't even stand the death penalty.

I would keep them locked up until sure they were sorry and getting better, then I would release them on the condition they continue getting help and support for whatever the hell it is that could make someone do that to another, defenseless person.

That is done and yet their are often those repeaters, best thing to do is take away their weapons unless a shocking devices is placed in them,

That kind of "punishment" will just lead toward the breakdown of the rule of law and bourgeois individualism will collapse. Rape will become mainstream and rapists will build society as they see fit.

That doesn't make sense. Rape isn't about sex. So they would just use anything they found to violate someone.

You would have to cut off their hands as well. Some rapists and molesters don't use their genitals. Some only use their hands. Some only use a camera. No hands -- no fondling. No hands -- no keyboard (therefore, no preying on kids online). No hands -- no use of a camera to make pornographic images and videos.

Maybe we should just all blow ourselves up with all the nuclear weapons so that none of us not only have the potential to rape but also kill, steal, sexually harass and make any other grave mistakes but also to save us from suffering at the hands of those that DO.

By the way, as horrible and wrong as all of this is, I sometimes inevitably get the feeling that the real reason people are more incredibly upset with rape than they are with murder is because rape is often hard to prove and therefore hard to contain.

If the problem weren't so common, and rapists could be punished just as easily as murderers and other violent offenders and it wasn't so difficult to prove, people wouldn't be obsessed with devising crueler than cruel punishments for them like that.

And forcing violent retribution on those who falsely accuse?

Man, humanity doesn't even WANT to be peaceful in this day and age and often for its own sadistic sake.

And it now gets to the point where many good, kind and civilized people don't even feel like having sex anymore because the law and society might interpret it as rape, but on the other hand, the real problem is actual rapists get away with it and leave unscathed even if caught and suspected.

Humanity makes no sense.

That's a tad extreme.

Of course, if you or someone close to you was raped, and thy got away clean, then I wouldn't condemn you for taking the law into your own hands. But as a civilized society, we should treat even criminals humanely.

I love how people have their own opinions but in subjects like this I hope to hear what their solutions are so WHAT is your solution to this situation and what is human for *beep* monsters like not only the ones who raped her but the douchbags that stood by and watched and worse cheered it on.

There is no clear cut solution, but I believe that educating communities more on sexual violence and gender equality would help.

Also the law has loopholes that allows sex offenders to escape justice, like in the movie, which no doubt has precedent in real life.

Hey OP, i have a suggestion for you. Why not go and live in a 3rd world country or something. There, you will see thieves have their hands cut off and alleged rapists or murderers being burned alive or lynched to death by a mob, etc.

If that's the society you want, there are still a few left on the planet. All you need is to pack your bags and go there.

You must be a rapist sympathizer and a moron, analyze my post you will see it is for rapists who raped multiple times, more then twice. I bet you also think that if a girl behaves in an inappropriate manner then she deserves to be raped. Or that if a man rapes his wife it is his wife cause she is his wife, that also exist in 3rd world country.

Then what would your solution be for rapist and child molesters? I hate childish arguments especially online. Instead of looking for an online fight just come up with your own alternative solution.

I think the solution exists already?

Aren't rape and child molesting already criminal offenses that send offenders to jail if proven guilty? So why the "extra" punishment for those particular crimes? Why not murderers as well? I rarely see people hating those as much, despite their crimes being even worse. Usually it's just the family members of the victims who hate those but the general public doesn't give a *beep*. Only sexual crimes offend people the most for some reason.

Heck, even drug dealers have it better than rapists. If you are a drug lord you will probably end up having a movie about your life and a bunch of books about your inner thoughts or something and even a fan base as well. Despite being responsible for the deaths and misery of thousands of people. Just make sure nobody finds out you raped someone or you are wanking over pictures of little girls in bath suits (even simple possession of CP material is treated worse than murder by the general public).

I am not defending sexual crimes of course, i don't defend any kind of crime, i just don't see why this particular thing should be treated with more punishment than the law already provides, especially when more serious crimes exist. But hey, rapists and especially child molesters are already enjoying extra mob punishment by other inmates when they end up in jail, as far as i know. At least you can sleep well with that thought.

Jails can be over crowed, prisoners (the rapist) can get sick and the government don't want to pay for his or her illness so they are releases with the condition they become register sex offenders and there they are in the world outside. I would sleep much better knowing that they either stay in jail or they are unable to hurt anyone or even get sexually aroused.

Removing their genitals, although it is a fitting punishment, it won't make them stop molesting children. Those perverts will just find something else to use to sexually assault a child to get their sick pleasure.
