I think this is even worse than Batman and Robin and Catwomen. as bad as those were they wee not as boring as this. Tank girl green lantern Judge Dread Fantastic 4 rise of silver surfer Electra were all awful. but I think this takes the title of worse superhero movie of all time anyone agree? Superman 1 and two were amazing its hard to beleave it sunk this low by 4. Awful special effects boring plot hated charectors lenny and nuclear man one awful thing about this movie after another.

This or “Batman and Robin”. Although both of them are masterpieces if you compare them to “Battlefield Earth”. That movie is the absolute zero of movies.

No way. Anytime you have a movie with a superhero going up against a super villain, its never going to be the worst superhero movie

This film is better than anything from any of the modern stupid hero franchises. I hate modern stupid hero films. I can't wait for the brain dead craze to end! It's been 20 years of the same stupid movie coming out every other week. How are people not tired of that crap by now?!

The MCU movies definitely have a sameness about them that has gotten old, and furthermore they're also now embracing wokery, but the DC films--for all their faults--do tend to feel much more original and creatively ambitious.

Yeah, I'm being a bit harsh on them. This is easily worse than most of them. Still, it does have that 1980s Cannon Films charm to it.

Story wise I'd say no but in terms of production I'd say yes.

The worst was the unreleased Roger Corman and Bernd Eichinger Fantastic Four movie. It gave the phrase "stinker" new meaning.

Worst ever? Probably not, but it would be a candidate if compiling a list. It's certainly worse than Batman & Robin (which at least has Poison Ivy) and Catwoman (which has Catwoman). What does Superman IV have going for it? Jack shit.

I've always felt Superman 3 was the worst Superman movie. I understand why people hate this one but I find it entertaining. Also, unlike others I liked the premise of Superman getting rid of all nuclear weapons. If only such a thing could happen in real life.
