Why is it rated "R"
Could someone please tell why it is rated R. cause in canada some rate i t PG.so if someone could answer please do. thanx!
sharePg13 was introduced in 1984 due to complaints over the violence in Indiana Jones and Gremlins and their ratings only being pg. Those movies were not violent enough to warrant a R rating but Pg13 did not exist at the time. I find most movies in the 80's had a R rating that would carry Pg13 by todays standards.
