the three chrous girls

they were amazing in this film. their voices go so well together and i love their chemistry. tisha campbell and tichina arnold voices stood out. they provided great narration for the film but they were barely in it. they should have been in it more. every musical would be better if they had chorus girls like these lol. do you guys agree with me?

I totally agree here . These three beautiful ladies were most definitely a real class act in this musical film . Wonderful voices indeed and their elegant costumes for each scene they sang in was just perfect . This is one of my top favorite musicals of all time too ( an excellent well picked out all star cast as well ) . Thanks teddivan for your subject post .

In the original musical, they actually talk more to the characters and the characters talk to them, unlike here. And notice that two of the girls are the same girls who would star on Martin in the 90's?

I know that one of the chorus girls was the Mom on "Everybody Hates Chris."

Love the Urchins harmonies! They are one of my favorite things musically in Little Shop and it's saying a lot because the score and the songs are brilliant.
The casting for the movie was awesome on many levels and they did good again there. Campbell and Arnold's voices are right on point!

all of their voices are great.. i think the 3rd woman's name is michelle.. it sucks she doesn't get as much credit because she didn't go on to pursue a career in show business, but her voice was great. don't forget about her. i mean, if you read the trivia, her voice was used to be dubbed over the woman who sang the first part in "downtown" , whatever the second song was.. i never knew that before but always thought it was a strong voice...
apparently she went on to sing gospel or whatever but all 3 were great. part of what really made the movie.. such great casting.

I thought they were very good, but don't think we needed more of them.

They were always one of my favorite parts in this film as a child and today. Not only for their singing, but for their outfits/dresses.
