I gave it 8/10 it was less suspenseful or scary than previous entrys but i really enjoyed it as a tongue in cheek slasher.

I'm watching through this franchise for the first time in (mostly) chronological order, and once I get to Jason X I'll be going through the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise so that I can finish both franchises off with Freddy VS. Jason.
But anyway, I've mostly given these movies a 5 or 6 rating. Part II and Part IV were my favourites of the bunch so far but this one's definitely gone above them because it's more fun, so it's the first one I've actually given a 7.
Not trying to sound like a snob with the 5's and 6's before, but eh. I think they're getting more fun as they move along.
