The Gate
Classic B-Movie for a young prebubescent kid in the eighties staying up late while his Mum was out for the evening.
Not scary really but good fun.
I've noticed this film has influenced a couple of recent mainstream movies. 'The Hole' and 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark'.
Critters would have been my other pick. Although not B-movies by definition I think 'The Fog' and 'The Keep' deserve a shout.

I think pretty every great B-horror from the 80s and 90s has already been mentioned, but anyway my top 3 would be:

Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Night of the Creeps
Critters

I also liked Clownhouse and Chopping Mall. I think Slumber Party Massacre hasn't been mentioned yet and that's another of my favorites.
