One of the best all-time lines in any movie....

.....is uttered by Gary Busey in this movie, right after Corey Haim's voice over tells you that he had just told his uncle his theory of who the werewolf was, Gary BUsey goes all mental in the room with his arms up over his head and says (it has been a while, but I do believe that I will get this right):

"JUMPED UP BALD HEADED JESUS H CHRIST PALOMINA!!!!"

I still laugh at that.....

What about:

"Oh HEE-HAW, HEE-HAW, HE-ALWAYS CALLS ME THAT!" (followed by awesome wheezy laugh)

or,

"You can't bet managers, YOU CAN'T BET MANAGERS! I've said time and time again, you can't bet managers!"

or,

"Piss on the Yankees, Piss on the Indians, Piss on the Phillies, piss on...piss on..."

There's been some debate, but I personally believe that the whole movie is a deliberate black comedy.
