cartoon or video game?
What do you think? Would it make a good cartoon or a video game? Silly movie!

That funny to hear a troll call other trolls without looking at himself. And sad you call 'em that when you disagree with their opinions, brownie.
"Michael Keaton is not Batman anymore. Same for Jack Nicholson as Joker. Period." ;)
I actually always loved the idea of a Rambo video game. A "hard" M rating, running around in the woods, killing people from behind, gathering some weapons as you go along, etc. etc.
shareYou may already know this, or you may not. But there were Rambo videos games. First Blood Part II was on Sega Master System, Rambo III was on Sega Genesis, Rambo on NES. There may be other games, but I don't remember. Plus, there was also a Rambo cartoon, not voiced by Stallone though. The cartoon was called Rambo: The Force of Freedom, I believe it's on DVD in various volumes.
But I have always wanted a Rambo video game on today's consoles, ps3 or Xbox 360. They could be pretty good if done right. :)
Takin' out the trash, trailer park style!!

didn't know about that one. I haven't played an arcade since the late 90s, early 2000's. Is it any good?

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater always reminded me of rambo, hiding in the jungle, using your knife and stuff
actually several scenarios in the game are similar to rambo

Assuming that wasn't sarcasm, OP, both already exist. See "Rambo: The Force of Freedom" for some 1980's animated Rambo goodness. There are Rambo II-themed games for the Commodore 64, Nintendo NES and Sega Master System at least, and also one crude text adventure game for the PC. Also, early this year a Rambo trilogy game was released for the PC, PS3 and XBOX 360 that also covers the events of Rambo II. This game sadly ignores the 4th film from 2008 completely, and reviews weren't very kind to it, as the game is full of bugs and bad gameplay design. But it has one interesting aspect though. It shows a never before seen glimpse of what Rambo went trough in Vietnam during the 1970's.
shareWe had Rambo II for the Amstrad, and I remember watching the force of freedom cartoon on weekends when I was really young. Rambo was somewhat of a phenomenon back then.
The Rambo videogame that came out recently is just really terrible. The worst videogame I've ever played. It's like they made no effort to make it whatsoever.
Instant cassettes. They're out in stores before the movie is finished!
