It's a prophetic movie about futuristic one world government - cruelty of bureaucracy, in-efficiency, enslavement using renewed bread and circus -> shopping & fictional war.

Well, it's in my top ten, which is the one that matters most to me. I recognize that it won't rank that highly with very many others.
