My dad and I were driving down the road when a local DJ played the theme to "Gummi Bears". We both remember wathing it every saturday morning together, and all of a sudden, it dawned on us: The Gummi Bears have a dependency to Gummi Berry Juice.

Lol, that's awesome. It's great how such shows can bring children of all kind together. I was very fortunate to be raised during the Golden Era of Disney cartoons and feel sorry for the present generation.
sharei certainly miss those days....im buying all the old tv shows...like fraggle rock, gummi bears, darkwing duck, talespin, dinosaurs,are u afraid of the dark, the goodies etc...so my kids can watch them (when i have kids) and dont have to watch the crap they call tv now....its all japanese crap...i say bring back the good ole days where there was always a moral to the story and after u watched it ur brain was not mush u had a good sence of the world and how u should be towards others lol
certainly worth the hundreds of dollars im spending to get these sent from america to australia....:-)....my kids at my work (day care) love these shows...they loved fraggle rock and allll the parents were coming in saying OMG fraggle rock we did u get that can we get it...lol....

Possibly, but using that same logic, Cavin and Igthorn DEFINITELY were addicts, as both were always trying to get a hold of gummi berry juice, Cavin for good causes and Igthorn for self-serving ones...
shareYou are probably joking but there is strong evidence that the juice has ethanol in it. There are several examples of the juice being used as a fuel.
shareI've started buying the classic cartoons on dvd and taking them to work(I work in a day care). The kids LOVE Ducktails, Gummi Bears, Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers, Heathcliff, Tom & Jerry, The Jetsons and the Flintstones. Their fav is Gummi Bears. Today, one of the little girls in my class started singing the theme song!

It's not an alcohol dependancy as it is a sugar dependancy... what other substance than sugar, would make you bounce around like that... drink enough of it and you'd be bouncing around all over the place too.
