Awesome Theme Song
One of my best memories of Gummi Bears is the theme song. It has to be one of the catchiest cartoon themes I've ever heard.

thanks to retrojunk.com it's been stuck in my head. But it is an awesome theme song!

Here's a link to a video of the Gummi Bears opening: http://youtube.com./watch?v=rBBaQL5mP80&search=Gummi%20Bears
I'm really sorry you'll have to copy/paste it to the address bar. I forgot the html code to make it a link^^;
I loved this show too! The song was especially amazing! lol i would get into it and then be sad it was over. But, there was a whole show to go. Gummi Bears was my first favorite cartoon. The animation and storytelling was far above all others of the time.
There is no official DVD yet, unfortunately. and you have to ce careful about the bootleg stuff. Hopefully, with the release of Ducktales, Disney will release Gummi Bears.
When they took it out of the Disney Afternoon in 92 or 93, I was so depressed. lol
Great Cartoon!!!!!!!
Also there is a good acapella whch I got off the internet. It's from a group called the "The Brown Derbies" (Some how releated to Brown University). I like it better than the original song. You can probably get it off any p2p server.
shareRockapella also does a great acapella version of it. They also do alot of other good stuff.

The Get Along Gang had the catchiest theme song. Gummi Bears and Ducktales were good too, but I'd still give it to the gang hands down:

I saw it at Retrojunk.com about 2 or so weeks ago. I agree that it's not only in my top 10 theme songs, but also my favorite Disney TV theme. As for the show, I'm afraid that even though I've seen 5 episodes[on TV at home, plus 1 at Wal-Mart but there wasn't any sound for it], my memories of each are kinda scant, but they aroused certain feelings in me.
Amusement, as they met yet another charming dragon in Someday My Prints Will Come. Terror, as they rescued Sunni from the King of The Carpies in Gummi In A Gilded Cage. Fascination, as they met the "barbearian" Gummis for the first time in Road To Ursalia. Sadness, as the dastardly, inevitably despicable, indecent Duke Igthorn destroyed EVERYTHING they owned in King Igthorn. And finally, I got to see some clips from A New Beginning. I will definitely buy the DVD set, even though I'm not completely sure it will hold up.But I have a gut feeling it will!
i loved the show, my mom used to sing me to sleep with the theme song when i was sick as a kid. to this day i still know all the words without looking at them. it amazes how many of my friends have know idea what this show is?! and they are my age! i wish they brought this back on the air like on toon disney or something.
sharemy favourite cartoon growing up, although i can't remember much of the content, but i loved the theme song!!!!! had to get up early (very hard for me to do normally!) just to watch it!
shareI agree! Gummi Bears had the best intro song when it came to Disney cartoons.

There's something amazingly epic about the theme song. In all honestly, this was far from my favourite cartoon growing up (likely, it came a little late for me... I grew up with Transformers, Voltron, Robotech, The Smurfs, etc.) and I'd be hard pressed to remember much about it. The theme song, however, I still remember to this day, and recall loving it even back then.
These days, looking back over the MANY cartoon themes, this is up there with my all-time top ten fave themes (which also include the likes of the Mighty Orbots and Robostory themes, if anyone has ever heard those).
I always used to sing this theme as a kid!
