LOL Good one! I am sure that the 80's hair style will come back eventually. Just watch along with some of the style of clothing as well.

Some stuff is already showing up. Saw a rack of "Members Only"-type jackets in Target a couple weeks ago. Are leg warmers and thin leather ties on the horizon? God I hope not, I lived through the 80's.

That is great to see the clothing style of the 80's come back. The next thing you know the parachute pants and Addidas will come back out with the break dancing clothes like they did before.

I thought both of the lead girls were extremely beautiful young women and the guy that played "Hector" was a good looking young man too. If you have a problem with their hair and clothes, it was the early 80's. It has a look to it that is distinct of that time period. I find it interesting. It reminds me of some really fun times as a kid, including seeing this movie.

This movie takes place in 1984. The movies you mention are all period pieces and the costumes & hairstyles reflect those periods. 1984 is famous for big hair & shoulder pads

What are you talking about??? Those girls had gorgeous hair!! Wish I could get mine to do that again now. Love big hair. And the clothes were awesome!!! Wore some of the same things back then. Maybe that's why I love this movie so much, brings back memories when clothes and hair looked good and people cared about how they looked.

yea i thought Regina's hair was oright but Sam's is awful also that other woman working in the lab with them 2 kids there had nice hair and was also nicley tied up[forget her name] ,also not all the clothes looked like that Miami Vice wore some good funky clothes and hair styles,Also some of my fav muscians/films stars like Terence Trent D'Arby,Martika,Johnny Depp,Elizabeth shue,Emilio Estevez etc had good dress sense and hair

That was the hairstyle back in the 80's for women. Just give it some time and you will see that hair style come back once again. Look at the 70's style hair it is back once again because people are walking around with it now. Everything repeats itself it seems like.
