I would put The Dead Zone at about #4.

The rest of my choices run veryclose to these so it may well be that spot #3 would be a 3, 4, or maybe even a 5-way tie.

Then it comes a tougher choice, I don't really know. Usually I would say Kubrick's The Shining, but I saw recently a part of it and Nicholson's performance started to annoy me. Maybe I should rewatch it sometime to see has my view changed. Ok, let's say Carrie is the third, altough I like John Carpenter's Christine also quite a lot, but its probably not quite in the top3.
