So annoying and unnecessary. It is loud and the sounds are disturbing. I've never heard anything worse than it.

shareIt may have seemed really cutting-edge back when the film was made, but now it really dates the film. And in most of the scenes, the score just sets the wrong tone.
My main complaint about it is that it seemed they just ran the same short loop of music over and over and over again. Should have paid a little more and gotten a proper treatment for the score.
I just watched Suspiria. The musical theme for that film works much better. (Unfortunately, it's not a very good film.)
