Let's face it. Porky was just trying to run a legitimate business. These kids from Angel Beach who are obviously underage try to sneak into his club. He kicks them out in his own fashion and other than getting a little wet no harm was done. The kids could have left it at that but they kept pushing until someone got hurt. In the end his Club gets destroyed when all he was trying to do was to obey the law.
shareWell, if he really didn't want to get his liquor license revoked he should've not even let them in in the first place. The prank he pulls on them is due to getting their money. And yes, basically all the boys decide not to go there again except for Mickey, who is this showoff and when he finally gets hospitalized, the boys decide to get revenge on Porky in a way that will not hurt them.
Also, the reason he could get away with the stuff at the beginning was his brother was the Sheriff, so he'd side with Porky. However, with Sheriff Jarvis, it is different.
That pig couldn't be a good guy if his mamma was a virgin, pushing him out!

Just saw the film today.
I partly agree. He did tell them to leave and they wouldn’t leave. While he did scam them out of money and had his brother vandalize their car, you could say it was some tough love. A way to teach them a lesson and to send a clear message that they should never come back.
Then Mike kept going back looking for a fight and got beaten up.
So, when they set up the last fight, I had trouble sympathizing with the kids. They came off as privileged assholes destroying a business a man worked hard to build. And all for what? For beating up a teenager that kept looking for trouble? Mike’s life was not ruined by this. But Porky’s life’s work was.
The film just didn’t build up Porky as a villain that deserved what happened to him.

There's not a bar anywhere that doesn't run into kids trying to get inside with fake IDs every day - they simply refuse them at the door. Not Porky.
And according to Mickey's older brother (the cop) and their gym teacher, Porky was doing this to generations of kids (it happened to both of them years earlier). It seems Porky planned to get the kids to show up to be fleeced - why else would he have built a trapdoor over the bayou?
Also, prostitution was never legal in Florida and it appeared that Porky was running a bucks for f***s program, and his crooked sheriff brother was complicit.
