Somebody else actually saw this movie?

I remember seeing this movie when I was about 8 and it has always stuck with me! I still use the "Did you hang up?/ "No, I just said click." line...*L*

Has anyone seen Pandemonium?

I saw this film a few years ago when I was in high school on HBO. I only saw this movie once and I'm still wondering why it still isn't replayed on the channel. I've been a fan eversince and I've been looking for it on DVD for a long time. The scene(s) that stayed were the numbers lighting whenever somebody gets killed. Scary Movie has nothing on this little gem!

Like the majority of the people here, this is also one of my all-time favorite movies. I just found my copy on VHS and I'm having a friend put it on DVD-R for me so I can watch it on Halloween night, along with my two other favorite slasher movie parodies: Pandemonium (1982) and Wacko (1983)...both of which I now have burned to DVD-R from the original VHS, thanks to one of my friends. If you haven't seen Pandemonium and you enjoyed Student Bodies, you GOTTA check it out. It's lots of fun, too.

One of my favorite lines is when Carol Kane's character, Candy (a sheltered girl, modeled after 'Carrie') who attends cheerleading camp, is in the car with the rest of the campers (Andy, Mandy and Randy), driving around and she says:

Candy: I'm having so much fun!
Andy: Really enjoying the camp, huh?
Candy: No, I've never been in a car with three people before!

LMAO! There are LOTS of familiar faces in Pandemonium, too: Phil Hartman, Eileen Brennan, Judge Reinhold (as a blonde!), Marc McClure (appeared in the Tobe Hooper horror movie 'The Funhouse'), Teri Landrum (from the TV show Eight is Enough), Tom Smothers, Paul Reubens (AKA Pee Wee Herman), Eve Arden (Grease), Tab Hunter, Edie McClurg (the movie Elvira Mistress of the Dark) and even David L. Lander (AKA 'Squiggy' from Laverne & Shirley.

*spies chicken leg on floor with bite out of it. Picks up chicken leg...picks up bite*
Hmmm. Broken.
*gets rubberband from atop the refrigerator, wraps it around the chicken leg after replacing the bite...places it back on the KFC plate in the fridge*

I rented this movie about ten years ago. I had heard it was silly but that was quite the understatement. If you are into goofball horror comedies, this is a great start.

I saw it about 8 years ago, I think. Remember thinking it was hilarious, but that is pretty much all I can remember.

A few nights ago this movie came up in my head, but I could not figure out its name until now. Would love to see this movie again, too bad it is not on DVD, AFAIK.

I remember it vaguely. I do rememebr the other similar movie Pandemonium with Tom Smothers. Both are silly and very funny
