I feel alone, I mean it's sad that mufassa dies, but it never made cry or even fill me up with tears. Its a good movie though, but it never made me feel emotinal.
Fox and the Hound-
1. Sad lines, when Copper and Todd say there gonna be friends forever, and they play thes ame lines at the end, and you know they can't be friends in that way.
2. All the times when Todd trys to talk to Copper, but Copper is always like says like he's "changed" when the bear attacks both of them, and copper falls down and copper protects his master from shooting Todd.
3. "Goodby may seem Forever"
Dumbo-
Awww...when he sees his mother in the cage...aw
Bambi-
Of course when his mother days. Rotten guy, killing her for fun, or game. Or decor.
Feeny: Mr. Matthews?
Eric: Mr. Squirels.

Dumbo(Baby Mine, such a sad scene), Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Fox and the Hound(The end with the echo of Tod and Copper's voice's as kids), and Toy Story 2(Mostly for When She Loved Me). Sorry it's more. I couldn't decide.
I'm blonde! My IQ just dropped 20 points!

Heeeeeeeeeeeere Yeller!
Come back...Yeller!!!
Best doggone dog in the west.
Come on now people. Everyone you talk to cried to this movie and still does to this day. Not saying the others don't yank at some cords also, but this takes the cake for Disney flicks.
Definately Fox and The Hound, but to be honest, if we are talking pixar, I would have to say The ending to Monsters Inc. Just to see Sulley's reaction to seeing Boo again, and to hear her say "Kitty" was probaly the most heartwarming scene I've ever seen.

All the one's listed and there was this movie when I was real little. I only seen it once, this girl falls of a boat and a whale or dolphin saves her or something.
Heres my list of the non-Disney which have an impact. Disney has some rights since there sometimes seen on ABC family or Toon Disney.
Here come's Garfield: (Spoilers) "So long old friend" is sung beautifully sad. And the memory showings are great examples of Garfields and Odies friendship. Then when you think the song ends Odie is pickewd up to be put to sleep. Garfield runs towards him only for one of the cats to hold him back. Garfield breaks free but it's to late. The gate already closes and Garfield can't get past it. He says goodbye to his old friend and lends out his paw then Odie is pulled away and the song reprises as Garfield watches his friend off to die. (But then they break free and go home in the end. Both Garfield and Odie)
Nestor the long -eared Christmas donkey: The night when Nestor is finally accepted and loved by his seldom Roman soldiers bust in the barn wanting to buy some donkeys but when Nestors ears are exposed the soldiers practicly steal the donkeys besides Nestor, Nestors owner due to anger throws Nestor in the cold. His mother runs out to save him. They find a sheltered spot in which Nestors mother keeps him warm but dies the next morning frozen to death.
These are even sad as I'm typing. I know it's not Disney but. They're are realyy beautiful.
Dear God,Please let the truth be known
Amen
Fox and the Hound makes me cry more then any other movie
Oliver and Company
Bambi
This is actually the ONLY disney that has made me cry. The scene that gets me every time is when big mama is taking copper out to the forest and he will never see Tod again (or so he thinks). When he is in the car driving down the road and he looks back at Tod, I can't help but tear up. And I'm a dude.

Pretty much any disney film that might be a little bit sad makes me cry. But the ones that come to mind are
1)The Fox and The Hound
2)Dumbo
3)The Rescuers
Oddly, Bambi never made me cry. Maybe there just wasn't enough build up for me when his mother dies, I don't know. Some part that usually get me though:
1) The Lion King: Musfusa's death. It's too heartbreaking when Simba tries to wake him up.
2) Pocahontas: The ending, when he leaves.
3) The Fox and the Hound: when she leaves him in the forest, when Copper protects Tod, and the very end when you hear the voiceover of their younger selves.
4) Oliver and Company: The beginning where he gets forgotten.
I remember Brother Bear and Lilo and Stitch got me teary-eyed, but it's been a long time since I've seen either so I don't remember which parts. Think that's it for my list of crying. I don't usually cry, there's just something about these Disney movies, I swear.
I'm the same way about Bambi; I may have cried the first time I saw it but I don't remember. I hadn't cried since, maybe because (like you said) there wasn't enough build-up. I mean, the time from when Bambi's father tells him the bad news and when the scene fades out and cuts to the happy spring song is only a matter of seconds. I guess I didn't really have time to cry because I was distracted by the spring song and being "twitterpated". I usually only cry if a death/departure/sad scene is long and drawn out, like when Widow Tweed drops off Tod. But then again, that's just me, and there are exceptions to the rule sometimes.
I don't cry a lot in movies, but "Fox and the Hound" is one where I ALWAYS cry. And yet, I still enjoy the movie because I think the story is very original and unique, which is hard not to appreciate sometimes.
Anyway, the top 3 Disney "tearjerkers" for me I guess would be:
1. Fox and the Hound
2. Homeward Bound (the first few times)--if anything, it's happy tears now
3. Pete's Dragon (at least it used to)
Call me weird, but I never cried in Lion King or Dumbo (I thought the pink elephant scene was kinda cool actually, following my favorite scene (the bubbles)).
I haven't seen Old Yeller yet, mainly because I already know what happens and it may be too sad for me; but I may still watch it someday, just because it's a well-known, popular Disney movie.
Dude, the scene in Babmi where his mother is killed was intensely traumatic for me as a kid. I mean, it takes you off-guard. The whole movie is all sunshine and flowers and bright colors and beautiful music, and the all of a sudden...his mother is viciously murdered. For a little kid watching a Disney cartoon, it's intense. You feel all kinds of pathos for Bambi, like your own mother was just ripped from you.
shareI can't say I remember Bambi, but i think if i did see it, I would bawl.
As it stands, I can't watch these without crying
1. Dumbo - I'm afraid of pink elephants to this day
2. The Lion King - all time favourite movie and just sad
3. Oliver and Company - the first 5 minutes of that movie are tragic enough.
I'm 16 (almost 17). OMG, I haven't seen one of these Disney cartoons in such a LONG time! Yet, I have very clear memory of them! I remember watching Fox and the Hound, Peter Pan, Pinochio and Bambi ENDLESSLY when I was a lil' kid! (along with Pixar's Toy Story) I can honestly say it gives me chills when I look back to those movies now and think about them. It's going to be so weird when I finally get to watch them again from after so long. It already makes me want to cry even before I watch them! So I'll probably cry when I finally do.
I've also seen The Lion King as a kid a couple/few times, I just barely remember parts of it though.
Ah man, the Fox and Hound is SO sad, espicially when she drops him off in the forest.. that song, so, so sad D:
Also, the end of Beauty and the Beast makes me cry, when Beast is "dying" and they say all that stuff to one another.. but then he's alive and dancing and stuff, but still, moments before its so sad!
And of course, Mufasa dying
The Lion King - When the young king innocently wonders why his father is just laying there, after the stampede. The Appearance of Timon and Pumba cheered me up a bit.
The Jungle Book - When Mowglii thinks Balloo is dead, and when Mowglii leaves Balloo and Baghera and goes to the man village, leaving his old friends.
Dumbo - When his mother can only feel her son via her snable.
Bambi, Fox and the Hound, and many others might be as good, but I don't mention them because I haven't seen them.
so many movies - so little time
