I worked on the film "The Entity" as Barbara Hershey's photo double/stand in, and also played "the receptionist" in the opening credit sequence. I was present through-out the entire shoot, and many strange, odd, and interesting things did occur. The effects were very well done and involved for the era. I still have her email address. I've sent a message to her to confirm or deny this rumor. I believe she is in fact who she claims to be but she really never shared much info on her Entity filming experience either here on the board or in PMs. If I don't hear back we can assume she has passed or maybe isn't interested in any discussion. Ironic because she initiated this whole thread. I'll keep interested parties posted on what I find out.
shareWell it's been almost a month since I sent her an email message but no response. It didn't bounce back undeliverable so it went through. Any conclusion can be jumped to regarding an unanswered email. It's obviously not evidence that she's dead. We'll just have to leave it at that.

Possible. Not likely though. I did have an email exchange with her and she seemed legit, just kind of scattered. We'll never know unless she makes a return appearance which probably won't happen. I wish her the best regardless.

Proof with set pictures of the actual person claiming these things being there or its a lie. Its so easy to say things online and claim them to be true.
No proof = no belief from my side sorry.
