For me definitely but I know a lot of people who think otherwise.

What Raging Bull is to Rocky is what The Third Man is to Casablanca. The formers are darker reflections of the more optimistic latters but are both excellent for what they are.

Sure it is, Rocky is just 80's pop-culture nostalgia by now, but not one of the greats like Raging Bull.
