Will he just spend the rest of his high school years in a juvenile delinquent place ? Will he be released & send back to his normal high school after a couple of months ? I've always kinda wondered what exactly would be the answer to this question, because it doesn't really seem like they could send him away for a very long period, when considering the facts of the case.

Juvenile detention was referred to as "The Hill". I don't think a real name was given.

Whenever I see the end of Over The Edge I wonder what it would be like for so many kids from one town to be sent to juvenile detention at the same time.
What will happen to Cory, Claude and Johnny? It looked like Carl, Mark, Abby and almost every kid in town was on that bus going to The Hill. I remember thinking to myself when I was a kid what it would be like if most of my crew was sent to juvenile detention.

I am sure after he was released he went back to a life of crime. He hated his parents and basically all adults, he had no feelings or grief; all he wanted to do is get F'ed up 24/7 and be left alone. Well, he got what he wanted, he is alone and F-ed up.
