Why does everyone stay asleep during the shotgun murders?
He goes from room to room and kills one at a time, but in the flashback everyone is just lying there with their eyes closed when they get shot. Like you wouldn't wake up from shotgun blasts in the middle of the night. Seems like it would have been more realistic if people were at least running and cowering after the first shot.
