What was the season/name of the episode where Banner is at a US military hospital and becomes blinded handling a gas canister marked for disposal at the Army dump?

I didn't watch this show but my college professor was a big fan. He told me what you are describing it sounds like the movie from 2008, and not an episode

I ended up finding out it was Blind Rage from season 3.

The best episode was the Antowuck Horror because the Hulk fought Bigfoot
