Take a sip every time Quincy cries about "beuracracy".
Take a sip whenever Quincy asks Sam to get results back to him right away.
Take a sip every time Quincy is flirting with a chick way to young and attractive to be interested in a guy like Quincy.
Take a shot whenever Quincy gets outraged and starts yelling. Make it a double if Quincy pounds his fist against a desk.
Take a shot at the point in every episode when Asten is disbelieving of Quincy's theory about the death, and urges him to just sign the death certificate.
Take a shot whenever Sam gives Quincy some crucial information, and Quincy hurridly runs out of the room and grabs his jacket.
Take another shot at the point in every episode where Asten finally realizes that Quincy was right all along and comes around to his side.
Take a shot every time Monahan yells something to the effect of "Dammit Quincy, stay outta this!"
Take a shot everytime they do a camera shot of Quincy's giant black coroner's stationwagon.
Take a shot whenever Danny makes a bad joke.
Take a shot when Quincy criticizes another coroner for not doing a thorough investigation.
Chug your drink when Quincy suggests digging up a body.
Chug your drink if Quincy is testifying in front of a committee.
Chug your drink when Quincy finally declares "It was murrrrrder, Sam!"

I thought of a couple more.

Take a shot whenever they show Sam working late by himself.
Take a shot whenever Sam says "I don't like it, Quince".

Slurp everytime Danny compliments his own cooking...

Swig your beverage every time an exterior shot is shown of Quincy's building...
Treat yourself to a double if the camera zooms in on it...

Have a shot when Quincy starts a PSA rant with "When are people gonna learn...". Take a shot when Quincy cups his thumb and fingers together and makes a hand gesture to accentuate his point.

Take a shot whenever Quincy begins to leave a room but pauses in the doorway to turn and spout a last-word zinger at the person he was just talking to.

Chase it with a beer if the person looks chagrined by the verbal pot-shot.

Take a shot when toxicology results are coming through on the printer. Then Sam tears it off & says something to the effect of "you were right Quince" & hands it to him.

Raise your glass every time Quincy says.... "I'm doctor Quincy, from the coroners office" have another if someone replies... "Ain't you a little prematur?"

I just watched an episode where Quincy told Sam to "Make it Snappy". It's only 1000hrs here so it's a bit too early to drink... I thought about it though. 

"I'm still sort of moved by your "My word is stronger than oak" thing.
