I like All Time High very much and would like to put it higher, but as you said Moore's theme songs are very good. I dislike only A View to a Kill and TMWTGG. AVTAK started era of bad or mediocre songs which lasted all the way to The World is not Enough and was broken only by Goldeneye in 1995.
I like it as well but I've got it even lower than you!
I agree that the songs went downhill from this time although I do like License To Kill by Gladys Knight, which I think's a bit like Tina Turner's in fitting the Shirley Bassett template...

For Your Eyes Only - the first Bond movie I saw, so there's a lot of nostalgia value there. It's also Moore playing Bond straight. There's still some humor in the movie, but they don't really camp it up at all.
