In the entire movie, Walker never kills anybody.

That's a very interesting observation! When I first read your post I was incredulous but thinking back I think you're right. I've not read the novel, but I have read Darwyn Cooke's graphic novel adaptation, and Parker kills people left and right in that. I assume that the movie is a departure from the original novel, as well. I wonder if this was an artistic choice or a commercial one. Either way, very interesting.

obviously it was an artistic choice. a more straight forward revenge film (like Payback) would be more commercially viable.

so glad i found this movie, great stuff.

love how differently this movie can be viewed.
