I know this definitely shouldn't be remade, but if it was my casting would be

Kevin Spacey as George
Helen Mirren as Martha
Paul Rudd as Nick
and probably Carey Mulligan as Honey

It could be remade effectively, it's a play adapted for the screen so it's always being performed anew on stage, why not on screen?

Nooooooo!!!! Hollywood doesn't know how to make this kind of movie anymore. They would turn it into an adolescent goofball sex romp, like they do with everything else!
